Share your documents by email or via the enquiry form. We accept all standard formats. For confidential material, we send a mutual NDA before you send us a single file.
Within a few hours we come back with a fixed price, the delivery date, and the name of the specialist handling the project. No moving estimates. The number you receive is the number you pay.
The document goes to the translator with the relevant domain qualifications, not the first available one. The translation undergoes a second-pass review by a native speaker before anything leaves our system.
A project coordinator reviews the final document against your original brief, checks formatting, runs terminology consistency checks, and confirms completeness before we approve delivery.
Files delivered on the agreed date with a terminology reference sheet. Any reasonably requested adjustments within 14 days are included at no extra cost.
