About this service

When a translation is destined for official use - a court hearing, a notarial appointment, an immigration application, a university enrolment - the requirements go beyond accuracy. The translation needs to be prepared in the right format, with the right certification, by the right type of translator. Getting any of these wrong can mean the document is rejected, the hearing is delayed, or the application is refused.

Our registered sworn translators are inscribed with the relevant Italian tribunals for their specific language pairs. Every sworn translation is accompanied by a signed and stamped declaration of accuracy. For documents that need to be used in countries that are party to the Hague Apostille Convention, we can handle the apostille process as an add-on service.

We regularly work with birth and marriage certificates, criminal records, educational qualifications and university degrees, driving licences, company registration documents, powers of attorney, court orders and judgments, divorce decrees, and immigration documentation. All sworn translation work is handled under an NDA by default. Legal documents often contain information that clients understandably want treated with discretion. We do not discuss case details, parties, or outcomes outside the project team.
