14-day revision guarantee

If the delivered work does not match the agreed brief, we offer free revisions within 14 days of delivery. This does not cover changes to the original brief.

When a refund applies

• Falcontranslate cannot complete the work within the agreed timeline and the client chooses to cancel
• The work contains fundamental errors that revision cannot resolve
• The service is not delivered for reasons attributable to Falcontranslate

How to request a refund

Write to hello@falcontranslate.com within 30 days of delivery with the order reference and a description of the issue. We will respond within 3 working days.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed via Stripe and may take 5-10 working days.
