Our five service lines cover patent and technical documents, court and certified translations, website and software localisation, publishing and editorial content, and business and corporate documents. If your document type sits outside these categories, contact us first. We regularly handle document types that do not fit neatly into one category.
Most projects are quoted per word, with rates depending on the language pair, subject matter, and timeline. You always receive a fixed confirmed quote before we start. Our flat-rate packages on the pricing page are designed for predictable recurring needs. For large or complex projects, we quote individually.
A standard document of 1,500 to 2,500 words takes approximately 2 to 3 working days through our standard workflow. Express 48-hour delivery is available as an add-on for shorter documents. For larger projects and technical documents, delivery is scoped individually at the time of quoting.
A sworn translation is produced by a translator registered with a court (in Italy, a traduttore giurato). The translator signs a formal declaration that the translation is accurate and complete. This is required for most official documents used in Italian legal proceedings, immigration applications, and institutional submissions. We can advise on which certification is appropriate for your specific use case.
We sign NDAs before receiving any documents, at no charge. All translators in our network operate under confidentiality agreements. Files are transmitted over encrypted channels and deleted within 60 days of project completion unless a longer retention is requested. We do not process client documents on public cloud translation tools.
If the delivered work does not match the agreed brief, we provide free revisions within 14 days. If the quality issue is fundamental and cannot be resolved through revision, we discuss a partial or full refund on a case-by-case basis. See our full Refund Policy for the conditions.
